Privacy at Peekamind

This page explains in plain language what data Peekamind stores and why. We collect as little as possible, especially about children.

Playing as a guest

Children can play without any account. Their progress is saved only on the device and is not sent to us unless a parent creates an account and adds a player.

Parent accounts

To create an account, a parent gives us an email address, which we use to send sign-in links. There are no passwords.

Child profiles

For each child, a parent chooses a nickname, an avatar and, optionally, a birth year. We store the child’s game progress with it: games played, answers, stars and trophies. Children never type, chat or sign in.

Cookies and analytics

We use one cookie, only to keep a parent signed in. We measure visits from outside the European Union with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies and does not track individual visitors. Visits from within the EU are not measured at all.

Deleting a child’s data

Parents can delete a child’s profile at any time from the grown-ups area. This permanently deletes all of that child’s progress.
