  • Animals
  • 2D game
  • Plays in the browser

An animal’s shadow appears on the screen of a little puppet theatre, and your child picks who it belongs to. Guess right and the lights come up: peekaboo, it’s the elephant! It’s a playful way to learn animal names and to notice what makes each animal look different.

Play Peekaboo Animals

How to play

  1. Look at the shadow on the screen, or at the clue at the top.
  2. Tap the animal you think is hiding. Guess right and it steps into the light.
  3. Find five animals to finish the show and earn stars.

What your child learns

  • Recognizing animals by their shape
  • The names of farm, wild and sea animals
  • Noticing details like ears, tails and necks
  • Recognizing an animal from just part of its shape

Grows with your child

It starts with two very different animals to choose from, like an elephant and a snail. Then more animals and more choices join in. At the top levels, the animal only peeks out from behind the curtain, and similar animals, like a dog and a cat, appear side by side.
